I’m on windows 10, FS2020 in the Kodiak 100. This happens for every plane though. The location of my aircraft is always correct (in the photo I was actually off course from what I had in Navigraph). I’ve tried closing out Simlink and restarting it, Navigraph and Simlink are up to date. Telemetry has never worked for me since it came out, it always looks like it does in the photo below.
