Some airports show 0 > 0 ^ for wind when there is no data

Some airports will show 0 > 0 ^ for wind when in fact there is no data.

it would be good to see N/A instead. 0 / 0 is misleading.

I can see it now at PMDY, both runways show 0/0 but when in MSFS the automated weather will return the usual easterly winds
