Since I can't post in the Navigation data support forum, I will post here

First, please allow me to express my annoyance at not being able to post in the correct forum in a civilized manner: I am annoyed.

Second, here is my problem:
Embraer Regional Jets v2/Embraer E-Jets v2 is a known addon in the Navigraph update utility. I believe this is for the Feelthere EMB-145 V2. And I believe I’ve updated the AIRAC in the past.(It’s been a while)

Although I can add the addon manually from the dropdown list, I have no idea what to do with the mapping.

a. Why is the updater not detecting my installation of Embraer Regional Jets v2/Embraer E-Jets v2? I am on FSXSE

b. What do can I try to manually install this?

Hi…,

Welcome back.

This is the correct forum for Navigraph technical support and is where you have previously posted.

Navigraph Navigation Data for Feelthere Embraer E-Jets v2 is updated using the FMS Data Manager.

In FMS Data Manager Settings , make sure you have the latest version:

If not please download and install latest FMS Data Manager

Further down on that Settings page make sure your FSX Steam is correctly set to the folder where your fsx.exe is located. Press Save

In Addon Mappings page, select and Remove any Feelthere entries. Press Scan, and hopefully your Wilco/Feelthere 737/777, Legacy, Airbus Series should be detected. Press Save.

In Addon List page, select and Update entry Wilco/Feelthere 737/777, Legacy, Airbus Series.

You can also (not recommended) install manually from Downloads

I got it to work by manually adding update in Data Manager. It correctly selected the right folder for the Feelthere common database and updated just fine.

HOWEVER-- and this is just for your info, the Data Manager scan did NOT detect this add-on. I use Navigraph for several add-ons including PMDG, Majestic, ASN, Pro-ATC and more. But in this case, it cannot detect the addon.

Thanks for your help.

You are welcome. Thank you for the information. Glad it is resolved.

Cheers
Ian
