Hi,
Could you please check your network router settings? It seems like the Simlink isn’t able to connect to the Navigrapgh server. You can try restarting your network router and checking again.
If you’re still having trouble, please send us Simlink logs. They’re located in the %APPDATA%/Navigraph/Simlink/logs
folder.
