Sim link won’t authenticate user

I am having an issue when trying to log in to simlink it gets stuck on user authentication indefinitely. I have followed the steps from other posts having the same issue without any success. Any advice is appreciated.

Hi,

Please follow the below points to fix the issue,

  1. If you’re using a VPN or proxy, disable it and try again.

  2. Simlink needs access to the network to connect to the Navigraph server. Check if Windows Defender or any third-party antivirus software is blocking the Simlink application.

  3. Ensure that your system’s date, time, and location are set to auto-sync.

  4. Try installing the Simlink application again.

  5. If the issue persists, please send us Simlink logs located at %APPDATA%/Navigraph/Simlink/logs.

Please let us know if you’re able to resolve the issue.

Thank you.

Hello,

Thank you for the log files.
I seen Simlink log files and it looks like Simlink application is block from access our Navigraph server.

Can you please check windows network settings or your network rourer settings which is allow Simlink application to access our navigraph server.
Or if possible then please restart the network router and check it again.

Please let us know if you still face the issue.

Thank you.

Hello, apologies for the late reply. I have checked those settings on both the router and windows network settings everything appears to be correct as for as I’ve been able to tell. I still can’t get past the user authentication screen. Any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated thanks.
