For about two months I have been experiencing regular disconnection problems with SimLink on MSFS 2020 with the message “Could not connect to simulator, Simkink needs to be running”. In the toolbar, when I click on the simlink icon, I can read “Navigraph Simlink is already running on your computer”. When I re-run Simlink I have the connection with the simulator again.
But for two days this disconnection problem, permanent on ALL FLIGHTS, has led to the complete freezing of the simulation without CTD. that is to say that the image is completely frozen, the sound works and the only possibility to exit the simulation is to use the task manager.
Any technical support to help me resolve this issue would be greatly appreciated

I just had a one hour flight with FENIX A320. Everything worked normally until I changed maps (STAR to Approach) in Navigraph Charts. This caused the same problem with the complete freezing of the simulation without CTD and use the task manager to exit the simulation.
I’m going to do a short flight again using Navigraph Charts In-Game Panel to see if this freezing problem is also present after a change of maps. I will keep you informed of the results of this test.
