SimBrief username: doesn't seem to have any saved OFP

Hi

I’m hoping for some help regarding Navigraph charts and simbrief OFP import. When i click +New Flight/From Simbrief, i get the following ’ SimBrief username:368236 doesn’t seem to have any saved OFP.’

I have tried this various times now, with various OFP and i cannot get it to import.
I am missing something obvious here?

I have managed to solve this, in Navigraph Charts settings, i changed my Simbrief username from my simbrief number to the actual name.
