Hi Dave, this information is not provided in the OFP package (just as in real world OFPs). At least not in the default LIDO layout, but you can take note of it on the Flight Options page (Aircraft Info section) before you generate.
In general, I recommend just following the cost index. Your FMC will adjust the descent speed based on the entered cost index.

yeah it was just something i have heard and thought it was something i needed, but in all fairness i have been doing okay without it
