LIDO OFP Layout ETOPS understanding

Hello everyone,

Recently started using Simbrief and I’m trying to get an in-depth understanding of the LIDO OFP.
There are a few stuff that I can’t get. I circled it on the picture attached.

By the way, if any of you know a great PDF or detailed tutorial explaining how to read the LIDO OFP that’d be very much appreciated.
