SimBrief Plan Import to Navigraph Charts

Hi
How do you get you Simbrief route in to you Navigraph Charts. I can only see my routes, that I have created with Navigraph on my windows 10 computer. When opening my route folder, the routes from Simbrief is in the folder. Thanks
