I don’t know about others but i am facing simbrief dispatch page loading issues on website, not only that but the entire simbrief page even on both desktop and mobile. I suspect is a server issue because i did 101 troubleshooting by deleting my cookies, disabling extensions. This by the way is not the first occurrence, i have encountered this multiple times in the whole of september alone and i have to delete all cookies and data everytime i face this issue before it loads properly. I could not remember exact date and time when i encountered it but for this round i will put it down hopefully it will help with investigation into this issue
Last happened at 3:40pm (SGT Time) or 07:40 Zulu on 17 Sept 2025
and when i get to finally load the page , it shows me this timeout error:
usually this is a preamble to the simbrief page failing to load again if i go to dashboard or start another new flight
i did another step of troubleshoooting by running cmd tracert simbrief.com
this is the result:
i am using Singapore internet but it seems to be having a hard time reaching EU server. I connected VPN to frankfurt server (Germany) it loads seamlessly. i can confirm now that this is server issue. Please Navigraph , ensure that the server also reaches Singapore server fast
