I’ve been experiencing very long loading times for the Simbrief dispatch website for weeks now, but today it is almost unusable: It took about 5 minutes to load.
Same for me since days or even weeks. Very long loading times. Often no response at all. No idea what has changed but the Simbrief website runs very very poorly.
EDIT : After deleting all website data it is now running smooth.
We are unable to detect connection issues between individual users and our server, this is something that your internet service provider (ISP) needs to look into from their end. I’d recommend contacting your ISP and asking them to investigate if there are any routing issues between their services and the SimBrief server.
If you have access to a VPN, you can try using a VPN to see if it fixes the issue while your ISP investigates. It is also possible that the issue will resolve on its own in the future.
Did you also try the solution posted by Binford above? They deleted all website data in their browser settings and reported that it fixed the issue for them.
