SimBridge Not Available on A320 FBW

FlightPlan not imported by FBWa320 when “Import SimBrief Data” blue box is clicked on the iPad. I get the error message “Error: Unknown UserID”.
Also the wifi icon on the top right of the iPad shows it’s not connected. When I click on the wifi icon, it brings up a window that shows “SimBridge Not Available” in red. I click on it and the symbol turns orange and says “SimBridge Connecting…”, but nothing happens.

Welcome.

To Import SimBrief flight plan into FBW A320 iPad, in Settings\3rd party Options\Override SimBrief User ID enter you SimBrief Pilot ID, available at SimBrief - Dispatch.
