Flight Plans aren't loaded in the FBW a320 ,Problem with Simbrief IDID

Hi, I have changed my flightsimulator fs2020 on a steam account. Importing a flightplan on th FBW A320 was working perfectly before, under microsoft store and my actual simbrief ID ( combination of 6 numbers) was ok.

It s now impossible to use the same ID . I do have a message error everytime now on the FBW A320 … Tried everything ( like : stable version , entering my ID in the tablet, etc…)

What is the best procedure according to you?

If i delete my account to create a new one with a new Id , will I be able to use again my Gmail Adress to do so ?

Hi Phillipe,

Sorry for delay.

  • Please create and Generate a Flight Plan in SimBrief.
  • Please enter your SimBrief Pilot ID into the FBW tablet under Settings - 3rd Party Options\Override SimBrief User ID.
  • If you get a correct validation ,can you now import your SimBrief flight plan?
  • If an error please advise what the error message was.
