Simlink not authenticating user

I have the same issue. None of the solutions work (Uninstall, delete folders, restart router, delete cookies, use different browser (Brave, Google, Edge), use old version of simlink, try another network, check pc clock). Been using simlink since forever. It only broke with the last update (1.1.39.1902). I am quite crossed to be honest.
See last log :

Update : I have managed to make it work on another computer, which eliminates the network side of the issue.

Now something to notice, after trying to sign up, the application closes and reopens with the “you’ve been signed off” message, and it created 2 simlink programs in my start menu. Looks like the update created a conflict somewhere, launching 2 programs when trying to sign in. Any help ?

Hello,

The Simlink application is not designed to run multiple processes on the same system, which suggests there may be an installation issue.
If Simlink is already running and you try to run the Simlink application again, you will receive a message like this:

Please follow these steps to resolve the problem:

  1. Uninstall the Simlink application.
  2. Check for any other installed copies of Simlink in different folder paths.
  3. After verifying that there are no duplicate installations, please reinstall the Simlink application.

Additionally, ensure that your operating system’s date, time, and timezone settings are set to auto-sync.

If you continue to experience issues, please provide us with screenshots showing multiple Simlink processes running, as well as the Simlink logs.

Thank you!

Done. Still same issue. I might resort to making a new account at this point.
