I’m having an issue whereby I have a popup on my screen saying to sign in on Navigraph Simlink however clicking the Sign In button does nothing and I get a green box saying “Please wait for user authentication”. Firstly I’m not sure why this is coming up as I’ve had Navigraph installed for ages and secondly how do I get it “authenticated”?
I’ve already tired the following:
I’ve deleted the Navigraph folder and restarted it, allowed it in through the firewall, fully reinstalled, sync’d my computer date/time and it’s also set to auto. I have no idea why it’s not working. My default browser is Chrome and I’ve tried clicking the Sign In button when it’s open and closed.
Please let us know if the Google Chrome web browser is open when you click the Sign-In button. If it is not open, kindly check your system settings to ensure that Google Chrome is set as the default app.
If you are still experiencing issues, please send us the Simlink log files located in the %APPDATA%/Navigraph/Simlink/logs folder.
