Sign on to Navigraph.com not possible

I had to reinstall windows 10 recently. I have installed many of my flight sim programs.
However, I am unable to sign on to Navigraph.com in order to download and install my
apps. Can you please help. I have no issues signing on to the website on my ipad.
I wish to sign on via my desktop in order to install the apps.

What happens when you try to sign in? Please provide screenshot(s) of any error messages using Guide to posting Screenshots

As a test, try using a different browser as default e.g. Chrome

You may be a Chilean user? There is an issue with Chile and daylight saving.
Please try turning off automatic daylight saving time change in windows and set to the correct time. …That should solve the issue…?

I am located in Pennsylvania, Pike county, USA.
I recently had to reinstall windows and I can sign into Navigraph with other devices. ie. Ipad
However, I just can not seem to sign on via my Desktop
