Can’t signin

Hello,

I downloaded the Windows version of the Navigraph app. When I try to sign in, it says that my account is successfully linked, but the application immediately returns to the sign-in screen and keeps looping.

Do you have any suggestions or solutions for this issue?

Check you have Windows time synched to local time.

Thanks for your reply.

I checked my local Windows time settings and tried again. As shown in the screenshot below, it says the account is linked, but the app still goes back to the sign-in screen.

I can sign in without any issues on all versions except the desktop one.

Hello, I am having the same problem. Sign in page keeps looping onto home page. I tried google chrome and firefox - same issue. I switched charts app for two different accounts and none lets me sign in. Was there any solution for this problem? Looks like it just might be the same issue. Thank you.
