I’ve been trying to sign into my account for a couple days now and every time I hit the “Sign In” icone, all it does it refreshes the page. I have tried everything.

That was no help at all. Thing is the old chart app is working fine with no issues on my phone.
Which is the default browser on your phone?
Could you try Chrome or Firefox if it isn’t one of these?
