If there is a VOR over or very close to an airport - on the iPad, I’m unable to select the VOR. It selects the airport. I think on the PC, you can right click and it allows you to select the item you’re trying to click. How do you select the other item on a tablet?

Try a Search filtering on Navaids for the VOR you are wanting to select.
