I am having problems installing the latest AIRAC in the PMDG 737-800. I came accross a thread which suggested a clean install of the 737 would work. I have since done this and done a clean install of the Navigraph Hub yet i am still unable to get it to download.
I am able to install the latest AIRAC cycle with no issues but when i cluck update for the 737 the hub just freezes with no progress being made at all.
Any help is greatly appreciated

Hi Tom,
Please check you have Hub v 1.2.8 and are allowing time for the Install to change to Installing then to Remove

I have this exact same problem. I’m able to download the latest AIRAC just not the PMDG 737
Hi Ian roughly how long do you estimate this should take? I left in roughly 40 minutes and i still had nothing.
Please see screenshot is what I am left with once i have clicked update. I am unable to move the window or minimise it. It is completely frozen however my PC doesnt freeze and is still able to perform tasks.
It should only take a few minutes. What has changed on your system since you were able to update normally.

Nothing as far as i am aware. This is the first time i have tried to update the AIRAC and the PMDG 737. Since trying it earlier on today i have uninstalled and reinstalled both the PMDG 737 and the Navigraph Hub to no avail. However both times i have been able to install the AIRAC just not the 737.
