Problems entering in Dashboard

Hi, I have a data-only subscription to Navigraph. I have already created many flights with the dashboard. Now I can no longer access the dashboard. When I connect to Navigraph and log in, an upgrade screen appears (which I’m not interested in) and on the left menu, if I press on ‘dashboard’, it doesn’t take me anywhere, so I ask: how do I access the dashboard once I’m logged in ? Thank you

Hi, I’m not sure which dashboard you are referring to. Can you provide a screenshot perhaps?

On the upgrade screen, normally there should be a “No thanks, I’ll subscribe later” button towards the bottom of the page. If you click that, it should redirect you to SimBrief normally.

Hi, thanks for the reply. I’ll try to explain. With this address “SimBrief - Dispatch” and after logging in, I access the “Dispatch” screen (both from Mac and Windows). However, sometimes I find myself in a screen where there is no “No thanks, I’ll subscribe later” button and I have to log out and start over several times until I finally reach the “Dispatch”. I can’t attach a screenshot because for a few days everything seems to have returned to normal. Should the same problem recur in the future, I will send the relevant screenshot. For now, thanks again for your attention.

Thanks Sandro, if it happens again, also check if the “No thanks, I’ll subscribe later” button is not hidden towards the bottom of the page. Sometimes it’s necessary to scroll down a bit to see it depending on your screen size.

as agreed in relation to my post, I communicate that the screen I mentioned has appeared again (for now only once) but similar and not the same as the previous one. Here I can see the button “No, thanks, I’ll subscribe later”, but before I can press the button, the screen closes and I am taken to the usual Dispatch screen. This is just to inform you as this rarely happens now. Thanks for your attention
