Not able to sign in to navigraph

I’m trying to buy a navigraph subscription and I have to sign in to do so, and I already have a navigraph account, via simbrief, but when i press the ‘sign-in’ button on within the purchase process or on the top right of the home page, it does nothing, as if the button wasn’t there. This prevents my from buying my monthly sub. I have tried restarting my pc and changing my password but nothing worked.

Make sure your computer clock is synchronised to current real time.

Try to clean cookies, try another browser, say Chrome, disable your antivirus and firewall.
