Problème de loging

aprés un formatage de disque , j’ai voulu réinstaller navigraph avec fms 2020 et fms data manager , mais je n’arrive pas a me loguer alors qu’avant cela fonctionnais très bien ,
j’ai 2 erreurs ,
error no active internet connection détected would you like to retry now ?
mais ma connection internet va très bien , auriez vous une solution ?

Are you talking MSFS or another FS?
For MSFS you use Navigraph Navdata Center.

I suggest a fresh start using exact procedure below :

Please disable any Antivirus and firewall. Uninstall AV if needed.

Use Windows to uninstall FMS Data Manager. Specifically:

  1. Press Start and open Apps & Features.
  2. On the right hand side, open Programs and Features.
  3. Find Navigraph FMS Data Manager in the list, select it, and press the Uninstall button above.

If they exist, delete folders:
c:\ProgramData\Navigraph and c:\Program Files (x86)\Navigraph.

Download and install latest FMS Data Manager to the default location.

Please let us know how you get on.



I did everything you asked me to do, but it doesn’t work

I have uninstalled my antivirus

cut off all fire protection

I uninstalled the program and restart the computer

and he does not want to log in,

I have a laptop which works fine and the desktop pc which has navigraph does not want to log in, is it because I have windows 10 professional ??

I don’t know I took the airacs manually and I installed them in x-plane 11 on the other hand for fs 2020 no problem it’s only the fms for x-plane 11

I hope you will find a solution otherwise I will continue to put the airacs in manual

Please connfirm:

  1. You can run FMS Data Manager ok on your laptop, but not on your PC using the same login details?
  2. You can run manual installers on both machines using the same login details?

Windows 10 professional (and Windows 11) are fine for FMS Data Manager.

the software works perfectly on the laptop

but not on the desktop pc.

Please upload latest log file on PC from c:\ProgramData\Navigraph\FMSClient\logs


… and the laptop runs in the same network as your PC, means the laptop uses exactly the same internet connection?
