I’m unable to log in Navigraph FMS Data Manager. I’m getting error ‘email or password is incorrect’. I tried reinstalling the appliaction and changing password to digits/letters only but had no success.
What else can I do?
I suggest a fresh start using exact procedure below :
Please disable any Antivirus and firewall. Uninstall AV if needed.
In FMS Data Manager Settings Unregister Account:
Use Windows to uninstall FMS Data Manager. Specifically:
- Press Start and open Apps & Features.
- On the right hand side, open Programs and Features.
- Find Navigraph FMS Data Manager in the list, select it, and press the Uninstall button above.
If they exist, delete folders:
c:\ProgramData\Navigraph and c:\Program Files (x86)\Navigraph.
Download and install latest FMS Data Manager to the default location.

I cannot find that “unregister account” button since my settings window looks like the following:
Please try entering your username rather than email.
I tried username. Still the same error.
Please try Navdata Manual Installation.
