I think there may be an issue somewhere in the backend as I can’t login to FMS Data Manager on a Windows machine.
So far have tried:
- Logging into the Navigraph website which was successful
- Changing my password to one without special characters
- Uninstalling and reinstalling the FMS data manager
- Logging in with my alias as well as email
- Logging into Navigraph Navdata centre which was also successful.
Everything I try results in ‘Your username or password are incorrect’
