Can't login to FMS Data Manager


I think there may be an issue somewhere in the backend as I can’t login to FMS Data Manager on a Windows machine.

So far have tried:

  • Logging into the Navigraph website which was successful
  • Changing my password to one without special characters
  • Uninstalling and reinstalling the FMS data manager
  • Logging in with my alias as well as email
  • Logging into Navigraph Navdata centre which was also successful.

Everything I try results in ‘Your username or password are incorrect’



I suggest a fresh start using exact procedure below :

Please disable any Antivirus and firewall. Uninstall AV if needed.

Use Windows to uninstall FMS Data Manager. Specifically:

  1. Press Start and open Apps & Features.
  2. On the right hand side, open Programs and Features.
  3. Find Navigraph FMS Data Manager in the list, select it, and press the Uninstall button above.

If they exist, delete folders:
c:\ProgramData\Navigraph and c:\Program Files (x86)\Navigraph.

Download and install latest FMS Data Manager to the default location.

I’m afraid deleting the folders didn’t make any difference. F.Y.I. the problem exists across two different computers just to rule out any problem with any single computer at my end.

Please see this post for details. I still can’t login and followed the advice provided. As you’ll see from the previous post, I’ve tried everything.
