Why is it not possible to delete a pinned chart that shows along the bottom of either the Desktop or mobile U.I? I select the delete button, I see all the red X mark appear on each pinned chart, but when I select the one to delete, it doesn’t work.

Try deselecting Synch with current flight. Otherwise the app will continue to reestablish the flight plan from the current flight.
