Can someone tell me what it means when the Pinned Charts Buttons shake?

Welcome.
You select a pinned chart by touching the pinned chart tab.
If you hold you finger for a few seconds on the pinned chart tab you will get the tab shaking with the option to remove the pinned chart using X.
