There are only 2 approach charts but 6 approaches are listed. Why wouldn’t they all have charts?

You have posted in MSFS Navdata\SID\STAR\APPR. Do you mean approaches in an MSFS aircraft? If so which?
Or did you mean charts in Charts 8?
Please provide screenshots to clarify your question using Guide to posting Screenshots.

In Navigraph charts. Select PADU approaches and you will see there are approaches listed that do not have approach charts. For example, RNAV RWY 13 is listed as an approach, but there is no approach plate for it.
