No VHHX Kai Tak IGS DME

With AIRAC Cycle 2313 rev.1 I’m not picking up the DME for the IGS RWY13 at Kai Tak with 111.90 tuned.

thanks for the report - I can confirm it - the DME record is really missing in our tailored data. We will check it and will of course add it. You can expect the change with AIRAC 2402.
