Hi,
i have the problem many other seemed to have before. I already tried the following things:
- uninstall - reboot - install - reboot - try… didn’t work
- look for the correct path in the usercfg.opt… didn’t work
- deleted contents.xml… didn’t work
- remove the PMDG NavData and SidStar Folder… didn’t work
i don’t know what to do any more.
my installed addons are Fenix A320, PMDG 737 + 738, Maddog X

Hi Stephan,
Please confirm you are reinstalling the latest Navigraph Hub Version 1.2.4 from Navigraph, and are running it on the Windows machine running MSFS.
Cheers
Ian
I installed version 1.2.4.0, latest from your website.
Using WIndows 11 and MSFS 1.35.14.0 (MS Store Version)

Make sure you have the standard installation folders and these have correct permissions as per FAQ - Navigraph Navdata Center could not find/access simulator.
I have enable extra logging, so please try again.
Cheers
Ian
hi Ian,
i checked the permissions as said in the FAQ. they look the same on my system.
the path in the .opt file looks like this:
InstalledPackagesPath "C:\Users\Stephan\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.FlightSimulator_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalCache\Packages"
Now that you have enabled logging I startet the Hub once as normal user and once with admin privileges.
