unfortunately uninstalling, downloading and new installing didn’t cure the problem. The simlink version I have donloaded and installed is 1.1.27.0906

One thing to note may be, than I am registered with “Dietrich40”, but to log in to Navigraph I need to enter my e-mail address “d_stoeckl@yahoo.com”

As you see, the problem is not Charts but Simlink says “cannot detect a flight in your simulator”.
Which simulator are you running?

Problem solved
your comment sheds a new light on my problem: I was not aware that it seems to be mandatory to select a flight before moving map can be used. With the recent version of charts moving map was available with no regard of a flight is selected or not. I Think i need some time to get used with the new Version. But over all a great product and service!
