New Simlink version crashing on Big Sur

Hello ,

Unfortunately it still not working on my iMac Pro with Big Sur .
I rebooted the Mac and reinstalled Navigraph Charts and the SimLink but no luck.

Did you download the Simlink app from the link provided by Malte above?

The Charts package does not yet contain the new update.

Hello Luca! Sorry to hear that you’re still experiencing issues with Simlink.

Please follow the below steps to make sure that you have, in fact, installed the latest version successfully:

  1. Open Finder and navigate to the applications directory.
  2. Delete the Navigraph Simlink application.
  3. Download the latest version from here and install it.

Please advise should the application still be crashing!

We Urgently Need A Solution For Simlink Because When You Updated The App For BigSur Update The App Suddenly Stopped Functioning On (Catalina) I Subscribe Few Days Ago And Am Not Able To Enjoy My Subscription Because Simlink Is Not Functioning In Any way In Catalina

In the meantime, please download the previous version of Simlink from this link. Please advise should any of you have any issues with that version as well!

Alright, everyone, we think we have a solution. Please follow the steps below:

  1. Click the Apple icon, then ‘System Preferences’, followed by ‘Network’
  2. Select ‘Ethernet’ or ‘WiFi’ depending on what you use
  3. Click ‘Advanced’, followed by ‘Proxies’ in the top bar
  4. Here you should see that either ‘Auto Proxy Discovered’ or ‘SOCKS Proxy’ is selected. Make sure they are both disabled
  5. Restart system

At this point, we would be happy to see feedback. If the issue still persists, please advise and we’ll keep troubleshooting but until then, this thread will be marked as solved.
