Simlink stopped MAC bigSour

Hi, Simlink has been working great for almost a year, yesterday it suddenly stopped working. I cannot open the app anymore as it says my OS may not support Simlink. I am on BigSur since at least one year…
I tried reinstalling the app but it did not help.
I did update the version of Charts this week, not sure if this has anything to do with it.

My simlink stopped working all of the sudden also.

I am running Ventura 13.2.1 on Mac M1.

Please advise, thank you.
