Need help with procedure coding for Xplane

Hello, as describe on the title, since Navigraph does not provide data for some airport in China because those are not published, so I decided to code those data myself, but I ran into some problem

I have this procedure which I dont know how should I code the segment from D28.5LZP to IF D35.0LZP
If anyone could help me how to code those segment, really appreciated with that
