Help for user-defined navigation data modification

Dear Sir,
I am a player of X-Plane12. Now I want to add some arrival/departure procedures of some airports that Navigraph does not have on the basis of the updated navigation data provided by Navigraph. I am writing this letter to ask your team for help on how users can customize adding navigation data.I would like to express my sincere gratitude.
