Navigraph won't sign in

Hello,

I bought Navigraph subscription in 23 November. I was using it perfectly without any problems, until yesterday. I opened the Navigraphs Charts app, it asked me to sign in. I click on the button, and it says “Signing in timed-out, device flown” or something like that. I can not send a screenshot at this moment as I’m not home right now. I tried re-starting the wifi router, turning off the firewall, also turning of my Anti virus (Avast free). Nothing helps.

Can anyone help?

As mentioned, this seems to have been a temporary issue - we have not seen any downtime in our systems, but there is always the possibility of something odd happening along the way!

We have not made any changes, but we have received some reports from people who had this issue that can now sign in normally again. Happy to hear that is the case for you too!
