Navigraph Navdata Center fonctione pas

Bonjour
j’ai téléchargé “Navigraph Navdata Center”, lorsque je le lance il ouvre une fenêtre qui me demande de cliquer sur “sign in”
lorsque je le fait il ouvre une fenêtre internet à la page

cette page reste vide et blanche, je ne peux donc pas mettre à jour mon fs2020 et mon PMDG
merci si vous avez une solution
Je précise que lorsque je l’avait installé sur mon ancien pc il fonctionnait.
