I must admit that I have a lot of difficulty with Navigraph Charts.
It is a complex app full of possibilities and I do not know how to use it so far without proper tutorials or an up to date user manual.
I have downloaded the manual : Introduction to Navigraph Charts version 3.0. Unfortunately this manual seems to explain something completely different than the present Navigraph Charts App. It is probably outdated….
Where can I find a manual that explains in detail the use of the current app.
We are currently developing a manual and knowledge base. In the meantime, I encourage you to try the different Charts functions and read the hover over button descriptions.

Since i have a pc for P3D and another one for Simavionics do I install Navigraph on both pc?

It is a major undertaking, so hopefully by Christmas.
If you mean Navigraph Charts, you run that on the machine you want to display Charts. If you want Moving Map functionality, you run Simlink on your Flight Sim PC only, and can display Charts where you wish.
