I just purchased an annual subscription to Navigraph charts and was surprised to find that the iPad I want to use it on, installed in the simulator’s instrument panel, is no longer compatible with Charts and cannot be used. Is there any way to access older versions? If not, I think I’ve wasted €100.

If you don’t get an option to “Install an older version of this app” when trying to install it from the App Store, you’re likely out of luck. Unfortunately, this is out of our control.
You can use our application in the web browser too! Just open charts.navigraph.com, and you should be good to go. You can also use a “Kiosk browser” if you want to hide the borders added by the browser itself - that way, it will look exactly like the app!
If this does not feel like a good enough solution, please contact account@navigraph.com and ask for a refund! It’s important that you can use what you pay for, and we’ll happily refund you if that is not the case.
