Cannot launch Navigraph Hub

Hi there,

The problems I met is, when I lanuched Navigraph Hub, it showed “Sign in”. After I signed in and authorized from navigraph’s website, it still showed “Sign in” with no error report.

Currently I did are follows:

  • Add Navigraph Hub’s folder into Windows Defenders’ exclude
  • Un-install with Geek and re-install
  • Switch my network between local network and VPN network.

Could someone give this issue a look? Thanks in advance!

Check you have downloaded and installed latest Navigraph Hub

Make sure you have your Windows time synched with your local real time.

If still no joy, try connecting via hotspot on mobile phone

Hi lan, I found someone have same issue with me on the forum. I also owned PMDG77W and after I delete config.json, Hub started well.

But when I started again, Navigraph Hub cannot sign in again. No error msg display.

Sorry for replying too late due to IRL school works!

This version can sign-in normally. And it also works well when installing navigation data outside MFS2020, but when I installed the data inside the MFS, it can be installed normally, and it shows “install” again when I lanuched Navigraph Hub again. Navigraph Hub is running under Administrator.
