Navigraph charts glitching. Cant use it in MSFS 2024 with the fenix a320. Please fix it immediatley. Want money back if not fixed

What do you mean by “glitching”? Screenshots help using Guide to posting Screenshots
Confirm you have the latest Fenix V2.3.0.553 installed.
Advise the steps you have taken to get Charts operating in the Fenix A320 and the problems you are experiencing, in detail, so we replicate.

Hope this helps heavily.
I first downloaded navigraph hub and navigraph charts for desktop. Then i downloaded Simlink. Downloaded external and internal resources from the hub for MSFS 2024. Signed in on everything. The charts are nothing but glitchy and simlink says it’s not running when i click on it on my desktop and says it’s already running. pls fix this issue. It’s confirmed that I have the latest version of Fenix V2. Pls fix Simlink
Please check you have your windows time synced with local real time.
You can do this by right mouse clicking on Windows time then Adjust date/time, sync now.
