When I try to open Navigraph Charts a screen appears with: “INOP Somethings didn’t work out as expected.” What can I do?

Are you able to log in or do you get this message immediately upon opening the application?
Please follow these steps:
- Press ⊞ Win+R
- Copy and paste the following into the window that appears:
%appdata%\Navigraph Charts\logs
- Press Ok
- A windows explorer window should open with one file listed -
main.log
