Navigraph Chart is not generating "Hi Alt flight plans"

I have been using Navigraph Charts to set-up flights. Recently, after I setup departure and arrival airports, choose the desired runways, departure and approach, I try to generate the remainder of the flight plan using the “create” option. It only works about 5% of the time or it gives me a purple box stating the I need to try again later.

Any ideas?

Hi,

By ”create”, do you mean autoroute?

Could you please provide us with your flight plan before you get the error? Go to the export tab in the flight, and ”cooy to clipboard”. Paste here.
