Flight Routes doesn’t work I have all the routes on screen but when I open it nothing appears and airports are in blank
I didn’t find where I must put this issue and how contact support, I supose I paid for it with my suscription!
Hi from Majorca, Spain!! Please could you help me with this problem on Navigraph?
Today I have a problem, all Flight Plans are on the left side of Navigraph screen but when open it any of them nothing appears, airports, route, nothing!! 
I rebooted laptop, check sim link and nothing and if I create a new one after export dissapear again, I could import from simbrief well, I remove the app Navigraph in my laptop and reinstall again and nothing, the same!!
Doesn’t matter if try with another device (my app in iphone) or pc, it’s the same problem.
When I try to select origin and destination airports it’s not working too
If I create a flight plan in Sim Brief Navigraph can import ok, but if I UNLOAD this plan, I have this problem again!

Please show screenshots showing the behaviour using Guide to posting Screenshots.
Does this also occur if you run Charts Cloud https://charts.navigraph.com ?

Yes, exactly the same, I sent new screen captures to m4rkus, but I don’t know if my messages arrive him!!
