I thought I’d let you know that there has been another case of this issue since this topic was created and that we were able to pin that particular case down. Charts was not working, while Simlink was fine. In the end, it was network/antivirus related.
Please have a look at the troubleshooting instructions provided in the below topic - perhaps the accepted solution could even apply to you?
I’m sorry if it seemed like I was just throwing things out there, I did not mean to insult you in any way. If neither the solution nor the troubleshooting steps seem to work in your case, please advise as we now have a few tricks up our sleeve to determine the exact cause of these issues!
