Cannot sign in in Simlink or Charts, online charts work

Good afternoon. I cannot seem to Sign In to Simlink or Charts.

I have read the stickies and deleted the %appdata%/Navigraph folder, but the software gets stuck when I click the sign-in button. In previous occasions, the button opened a Web Page. Now, nothing happens. If the browser is closed it doesn’t start, when the browser is open it does not navigate to a new tab or replaces the current one.

Any hint as to what be going on? Thanks in advance.

Hi,

Please check the below points,

  1. Check you set the default browser correctly and preferable to use the Google Chrome browser.
  2. Check your system OS time is auto sync with the internet.
  3. If you are using any security software like antivirus or firewall then make sure Navigraph product allows access from it.
  4. If you have some network configuration like proxy or other network security then disable it and try to login in Navigraph Simlink or Charts application.

Please feel free to inform us, if the issue is fixed or not.

Thanks for the reply.

My router had Google DNS service 8.8.8.8 configured as default, and that was preventing the logins. But the web pages were not displayed at all, which was a weird thing.
