There is an NDB in the database located on the runway at Kalibo airport (RPVK).
Neither the airport’s AD2 nor the navaid list (taken from EAD) mention this NDB. It’s also not visible in the airport chart. Could it have been decommissioned? Was spotted by someone updating the airport in x-plane (so based on ca. 1 year old data), but is also in the current version of the enroute map in the charts app.

I think you are referring to the KL NDB (298) that indeed is included in the latest Jeppesen database but is not referenced in any section of the Philippines AIP (GEN 2.5, ENR 4.1, RPVK section 2.19). I presume it is a “left over” of a decommissioned NDB. There’s no available NOTAM for it. IME, it happens from time to time (database cleaning process?)

That’s the one. It’s been that way at least since 2306 (date of the current default cycle used by x-plane).
The navaid record is apparently the same since AIRAC cycle 109.
