X-Plane 12, Navigraph sub, latest Airac with correct path to X-Plane but still ‘Navdata out of date’ everywhere. What am I doing wrong please?

Problem solved.. found this video and the guy suggested simply deleting and reinstalling FMS Data Manager, do a rescan and it should reestablish the correct paths to update Airac correctly. Worked for me.
