Hi, I can understand more or less all the data shown in the Jeppesen charts, however I have no idea what these numbers are (in the image highlighted in red).

Hi,
the first (11000) is the MEA (Minimum Enroute Altitude) value and the second (2600T) the MOCA (Minimum Obstruction Clearance Altitude) value.
The “T” symbol indicating altitude change applies to conventional MEAs only. It does not apply to GPS MEAs change.

I’ve never seen these values in European charts, maybe they’re only used in the USA?
